Brighton Edge

Six spacious private residences, exclusive and distinct, inspired by modern city living and the allure of the bay.

A holistic approach by Finnis Architects forms a harmonious connection between architecture and highly considered interior design. The building’s elegant profile of concrete formwork is uniquely understated while introducing progressive new design to an established location. Balconies are set back into the volume; protected, private and overlooking leafy local vistas with both upper levels offering panoramas of the city skyline and ocean views.

Individually conceived 2 and 3 bedroom floorplans are thoughtful and versatile, with full height windows to seamlessly extend each interior to the outdoors. Each 2 bedroom residence includes a separate office/study space. While most master bedrooms have a spacious walk-in robe, conveniently connected to the ensuite. All residences feature an ensuite to every master bedroom, a built-in laundry zone and abundant storage throughout. At basement level, secure car parking and storage contribute to absolute peace of mind. Interiors glow with modern organic style inspired by the local landscape. A fluid flow of light, air and space permeates across generous open designs with clean lines softened by the use of natural materials. The warmth and realness of European oak floorboards, soft wool blend carpets and cooling polished stone elements are delivered with a pared back colour palette to accentuate quality and craftsmanship.

A minimalist and uncluttered approach loses nothing on detail. Flush surfaces prevail, from the under-mount sinks and waterfall kitchen islands to recessed lighting and mirror-front wardrobes and cabinetry. Slender stone benchtops, bronzed glass splash backs and 2pac finish joinery brings layers of depth and contrast to the kitchen, a refined presence at the heart of the living zone. A range of premium Bosch appliances are fully integrated to evolve a high performance space. Bathrooms are refreshingly simple, emphasized by the use of earthy tones, large format tiles, frameless showers and wall mount amenity to increase a sense of scale and lightness within the design.
