Frankston Development

Soon to be Frankston’s tallest residential tower, 17 story development was approved in record time.

The new $30 million building which will create a total of 63 new two and three bedroom apartments was processed through council in less than 60 days, a feat rarely achieved by a development of this size with most taking closer to a year. By working closely with town planning and local stakeholders, Finnis were able to see the project passed through council with no objections and gaining full council support for the design.
